actor and has done movies (TV), and several plays throughout the last 10
years of his career. He is
currently a teacher at St. Bernadette Academy . |

Jacob Miles (Pete) Bynum II... age: 46. Pete
is a Partner in an engineering and design firm specializing in grounding
and power quality. Proud father of three children: Sarah Kate 22,
Amanda-18, Jacob III-7. Husband of Felice Linn Bynum. Serves as
Acolyte Master and Master of Ceremonies at St. Mary the Virgin. Member
at St. Mary's for 17 years. |

- 50, account manager for Software Architects in Las Colinas. Father
of Zachary, husband of Terry. Proud Catholic of four years;
converted immediately following the first passion play. |

Zachary Southard
- 15, Sophomore, St. Jerome Academy (home school). Son of Craig and
Terry. An involved teenager, his activities include Scouts, and Columbian Squires, Night Shelter, and St. Mary's youth
group. He is also becoming quite the film buff and movie critic.
He loves to read, sleep, eat, and do Monty Python riffs with his
mother. Proud Catholic of five years.

Michael Gleason-Son of John and Pat (SMG); husband
of Grace; father of Susan, Hanna, Farley, John Henry and Hiram.
Michael stopped teaching middle school, high school, and junior college
in 1993 when he witnessed his new brides Montessori class. Nine
years later, the Gleason's have begun what they originally left Texas
for: to do Catholic Montessori together. Founded in their home in
1997, Holy Childhood Montessori School is in its first year here on the
grounds of Saint Mary the Virgin. |

Dr. James A. Patrick, Th.D.-A native of Tennessee,
Dr. Patrick was educated at Auburn University, University of the South,
and Trinity College, Toronto. His academic discipline is
historical theology and he is the author of The Magdalen Metaphysicals
and editor with Andrew Walker of C.S. Lewis: A Christian for All
Christians. Dr. Patrick serves on the Board of the Collingwood
Society and the Mindszenty Foundation. He was a principal founder
of The College of Saint Thomas More of which he is the Provost. |

Christian Walker, 33, student, construction worker, social
worker...not necessarily in that order. Played James and the
Bad Thief in 98 & 2001. This year Christian plays the Devil
live as well as the Bad Thief. |

Angel

Monica Kratochvil- She is the
daughter of Diane Kratochvil and the late John Kratochvil.
She is a student at Lamar High School, and is actively
involved with the Drill Team (Vi-Queens). Monica is in National
Honor Society German club where she holds the officer position of
Secretary.
Monica loves to act and write in her spare time. She is a cradle
catholic, and has been a member of St. Mary's the Virgin for 5 1/2 years. She has been actively
involved in different parts of this
Passion Play since the age of 6. Monica also portrays young Mary.

Guards

Chuck Lynk-Head Guard- is the
husband of Judy Lynk who plays the Blessed Mother. Chuck is making
his third appearance as a temple guard in this years play. He is the
stepfather of Chuck Huber who does the part of Jesus.
Ben Oliver-- is the husband of Sharon Oliver.
Ben is the father of 4 children, one of whom is with our Heavenly
Father. Ben is making his third appearance in this years Passion
Play. Ben does the part of Joseph of Arimathea as well as temple guard.
Geoffrey Sherman- Guard III- is the husband of Marty and
father of Jack and Zoe. This year is Geoffrey’s first time in
the Passion Play. He plays the part of a temple guard as
well as a disciple in the Last Supper.

Joe
Hayden - began his stage career at 16 as a witch in MacBeth,
doubling as a murderer and the Porter at Hell Gate. He went on to star
in what was known in the trade as "seaside repertory", and has
a wide rep. in plays by Shakespeare, Moliere, Shaw, O'Casey, Synge,
Jerome, and many others.

Claudia
|
Amie Keener- 25 years old is a new member to St.
Mary's the Virgin parish. She moved to the DFW area from
Manhattan, Kansas last summer. She spends her days as an interior
designer at the architectural firm of Sterling Barnett Little, located
at the Ballpark in Arlington. In her free time she enjoys
traveling, photography, cooking, painting and designing
furniture. Amie also portrays a weeping woman and is in Peter's
denial scene. |

Pilate's
Servant
|
Bobby Kratochvil- Son of Bill and
Diane Kratochvil and the late John Thomas Kratochvil. Bobby is a
home school 5th grader. He is actively involved in playing sports
through the YMCA. He played the part of Mark in 1998 passion
play. He is excited about acting in a play with Mr. Huber (Jesus)
who does the voices of one of his favorite shows. |

Robert "Bob" Flynn -
- 35 years old. Serves as Acolyte and is on Parish Council. Married to Lee Ann (Mary
Magdalene), devoted father of 2 1/2 year old Connor, and is currently in
the computer industry. He is a proud Catholic that had converted his wife
7 years ago. Serves as Parish Social Co-Chairman.
Marc Allen- 31 years old. Marc serves as President of
Marc Allen Construction, the Parish Council President of Saint Mary
the Virgin, the Chairman of the Board of Visitors for the College of
Saint Thomas More, and is on the board of Saint Bernadette's
Academy. He and his endearing wife, Micki converted to Holy Mother
Church seven years ago this Easter. Marc is the joyful father of
Duncan (6), Glynnis (4), and Grace (2).

Gary Hubbard II- is the husband of
Chris Hubbard. He is the
father of Suzanne and Gary III. Gary makes his third appearance in this
years Passion Play. He
played the Centurion in 98’ and 2001, he also plays one of the
disciples in the Last Supper.

Barabbas
|
Greg Ahern: Age 44. Holds a Ph.D. in Political Philosophy from the Catholic
University of America. A criminal investigator with the
Federal Aviation Administration, he is also a Fellow in Constitutional
Theory at the National Humanities Institute, where he is co-authoring a
constitutional history of the United States. Husband of Susan, of
"St. Mary's Bookshop" fame, and father of three children:
Audrey (15), Colleen (11), and Brian (8). A proud "cradle
Catholic," he has been a member of St. Mary's for the past 4 years.

Colleen Smith- is the wife of Stan Smith.. She is the mother of Sarah and Nathan.
Colleen makes her third appearance in this years Passion
Play as the maid who questions Peter in the Courtyard where he denies
our Lord. Colleen also plays as one of the weeping women.

Dennis Hammond- 42 year old
father of 4, Ian, Darcy, Conor, Kiera...husband to Colleen, the real
talent in the family. Works for IBM in Coppell as a Territory
Manager and has been with IBM for 7 years. Works on crude, but
interesting carpentry projects, enjoys gardening and playing basketball.
Lives with Colleen and the children on a 10 acre ranchette just a
stones' throw from the Red River. Parish members at St. Mary's for
almost 5 years. |

Huber who plays the part of Jesus. This is her third year playing the Blessed Mother. |

Lee Ann Flynn
- 35 years old. Enthusiastic wife of Bob who plays soldier in
this years play and mother of 21/2 year old Connor. Proud Convert of 7 years. Loves to
"discuss"
the Faith. Currently, Vice-President of Marketing for CitiGroup. Serves
as
Social Co-Chairman with husband Bob. Amatuer gourmet cook.

Clopas
|
Gerro Hayden-is the wife of
Joe who plays the part of Pilate. She is the Wonderful mother of
seven, and granny of two. She has recently resumed her career as a
nurse after being a stay at home mom for 20+years. She graduated
Valedictorian of her class. She has been a member of St. Mary's
parish since 1996. This is Gerro's first time to perform in
the Passion Play. |

Simon
of Cyrene
|
Felix Arinade- Works for Pharm Chem Laboratories, attended
undergraduate and graduate school and was a member of Tallahassee
Community Chorus. At the age of 8 he was inspired to memorize and
recite the ..'Introibo ad altra DEI qui laetificat juventutem meam....and
inspired after high school to sing 'CREDO IN UNUM DEI and has since
wanted to sing even though there was no music class/lesson in his high
school. He is currently a member of the St Mary’s Choir
and this is his first appearance in the passion play

Veronica

Alanna Hayden- is the daughter of Joe and Gerro Hayden. Alanna is a Junior at Lamar High School in Arlington.
Alanna is making her third appearance in this years play. She also has
a part in Peter’s
denial scene.

Weeping Women
and Children of Jerusalem

Sarah Smith- is the
daughter of Stan and Colleen Smith. Sarah is making her third
appearance in this years passion play. She appears in the
scenes of the weeping women, and Peter's denial.
Audrey Ahern - is an 9th
grader at St. Therese Academy. In addition to classes and
schoolwork, she enjoys being in the Drama Club at school, as well as
being a cheerleader. She is also active in the pro-life club.
Her favorite subjects are Religion and English. Audrey's outside
interests are reading and Irish Dance lessons. She has been a
parishioner at St. Mary the Virgin for 4 years and serves on the
Junior Altar Guild.
Zoe Sherman- enjoys dance lessons and entertaining anyone
who'll sit still long enough to be entertained. She'll start
school next year with Jack (and Mom). Jack Sherman- is
a home schooled Kindergartener who loves space, dinosaurs, cars and
especially trains. He is involved in Indian Guides with his dad
and enjoys piano lessons weekly.
Daniel Morris-
Attends Holy Childhood Montessori School.
He is the son of Mr. & Mrs. Joe Morris.
This is Daniels first year in the play.

Nicodemus

Brandon Brinkley – is husband to Teresa Brinkley, and has
been a parish member since 1999. In high school, Brandon was
involved in technical theater, building sets, doing sound and
lighting work, and serving as stage manager. He also played
two minor roles in the school's production of 'My Fair Lady'.
Since then, Brandon has graduated from the University of Texas at
Arlington and works as a computer specialist

Jacob Bynum-
son of Pete and Felice Bynum attends school at Immaculate Conception in
Grand Prairie. He is an avid baseball player and Cub Scout.
He is dad's best friend. Jacob makes his second appearance as the
child Jesus in this years Passion Play.
